During the 2019 breeding season, 316,700 individuals were found.

Habitat:

The bald eagle lives mainly in Canada and the United States, in places penetrating into the northern states of Mexico.

Diet:

Like other eagles, the bald eagle feeds mainly on fish, although it also preys on small game. On occasion, it willingly takes food from other predators or eats carrion. A comparative analysis of 20 studies in different parts of the range showed that the average diet consists of 56% fish, 28% poultry, 14% mammals, 2% other animal groups.
